- All features ship out via a tracked and signed parcelforce service.

- International shipping is available, if you don't find your country in the menu please send an email to floatingtaps@gmail.com and we will get back to you right away. 

- If you order from mainland UK your Water Feature usually arrive within 2-4 working days of purchase*.

- International shipments are dispatched asap on fully insured and fast courier services. Most orders will take no more than a week to reach you! 

- All features are sent out fully tracked and you will receive email updates until your feature is with you. 

*Please be aware we are a small business and in very busy periods some orders may take slightly longer to arrive with you. We will always keep you up to date with your order and always get the feature to you as soon as we possibly can.
